Hello, I got the 16' Flag Pole Buddy and it is even easier than advertised, I wish every product was as accurately built as these. Many times they use fancy advertising that borders on being in-accurate or false but this is not the case with Flag Pole Buddy, the only thing that I can say negative is that I waited to buy one, should have had one before now! Wow what Fantastic customer service!! Have never received such great customer service. Thank you. A lot of “snow birds” here in Texas want to know where we got our flagpole, we tell them, “FlagpoleBuddy.com” . We fly the flag at all our club campouts back home in Nebraska also. I dont know about y'all but I always try to deal with companies that have outstanding customer service. Recently I decided I wanted to proudly display our flag for the 4th. I emailed flagpolebuddy with some questions and within hours I received a response. I followed up with another question and the VP of the company again answered my question and added that if I bought their product from CampingWorld it would be less money and the shipping would be less than their website. I did that and the flag kit is in transit to me from CampingWorld. If you want a flag for your coach I would certainly recommend flagpolebuddy. I first heard about them at the Escappee Rally in NC. Many coaches were using their product. Happy early 4th of July to everyone. bob weber

We finally were able to take our 5th out and install our flag pole buddy we bought months ago. We did get it installed, but it was kind of difficult to get that screw into the depth of the mounts. Maybe if the screw was longer or came with a tool to make it easier. You can't get the screw started with your fingers. We had to use needle nose pliers for the one,but then the second mount didn't have the same diameter so we couldn't use that method. Like I said we did get it done, the flag looks great, but that area could use some improvement.
